Here introduces a automatic preforming production for rubber tracks production.

Rubber tracks preforming line was the unique machines which designed only for rubber tracks manufacturing plants which created by Hengyang Huayi Machinery Co.,Ltd
As we known, some small tracks or tranditional tracks are belongs to iron belt jointed tracks, locations of linkers and pitchs are controlled manually.  This way suitable for light load tracks. For big and heavy loading tracks, winding iron belt tracks will be a perfect choice and how to fix the linkers in proper positions inside rubber layer, here is the machine for this function.
This auto line with below functions: 
1. Linkers grabber and conveyors: conveyor delivers linkerds to grabber, grabber（absorbs） takes linkers to another conveyor with linkers distance control and linkers counting,  conveyor carry linkers to right size  of preforming press, top grabber absorbed linkers and standby.

After rubber layer base delivered to preforming press, grabber carry linkers to preoforming press,on the top of rubber layer base.
2. Rubber layer base weighing and cutting secton: rubber sheets come, weighed and cut it to needed length, conveyor(grabber) deliver them to performing press.
3. Top rubber layer delivering device, cutted rubber sheet deliver inside preforming press, covers on the top of linkers. This function also can be done manually.
Rubber layer base，linkers and top rubber layer are pressed to be one piece by preforming press.
Then conveyor carry preformed rubber layers and deliver it to the semi-products zone, waiting for vulcanizing process.
